PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We manage complex projects for our customers, guaranteeing monitoring, supervision and reporting of progress state in addition to the compliance with technical, temporal and economical goals.
We face in detail the different project aspect, establishing priorities.
We define the work-phases, timing and economical effort needed for the project.
We identify the professional roles involved in the process.
We assign the activities to the team members, sharing responsibility levels and plan deadlines.
